What is your processing time?
Most items are made to order, please allow 5-10 days to create your order. We do our very best to create and ship out orders as soon as possible.   

Why did my package arrive in reused box? 

We’re so glad you asked! One of our values as a small business is to care for the Earth in ways we can, part of this means reducing waste and reusing packaging and shipping materials whenever possible. We are grateful for businesses such as REtacoma, where we get many of our reused boxes, and EcoEnclose where we purchase our shipping items made from recycled material. 

Can I request my items arrive in new materials? 

We will do our best to accommodate any requests for new packaging and shipping materials, Please email us at pineandsprout@gmail.com and let us know that you do not want reused materials for your package. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We are honored that you’d consider buying something from our small business as a gift for  a friend, loved one, or yourself! Please add in the gift wrap option and include a message you’d like included. We handwrite any messages on a card for the gift recipient. 

Do you offer refunds?

While we do our best to accurately describe our products, we know that sometimes things change. If you’d like a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at pineandsprout@gmail.com. Items must be shipped back in new condition, at buyers expense, within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized items. 

Can I pick up my items and save on shipping?

Yes, if you are local to Tacoma, Washington you can choose porch pick up at check out or use code TACOMA on Etsy to waive shipping fees. Once your item is ready, we will message you to  let you know the address to pick up. 

Do you take custom work?

Depending on the item and turnaround time, we sometimes take on custom work. Please reach out to us at pineandsprout@gmail.com and we’re happy to discuss what you’re hoping for. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We’re honored that you’d consider selling our items in your shop! We do take a select number of wholesale orders each month. We currently offer wholesale orders on our 3D printed plant trellises with a minimum of $100. Due to the current high prices of wood and the time intensive macrame process, we are not able to offer wholesale orders for wood or macrame items. Our processing time is typically 4-6 weeks.
